How VidCloner works

Step-by-step guide from paste-link to finished video.

The workflow

1. Paste a link — TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or upload your own video. 2. Pick a workflow — Clone (avatar swap), Remake (new script from viral structure), or Effects (visual FX only). 3. Pick an avatar — Choose from your library, or generate a new one from 10 photos. 4. Generate — Fal.ai + Kling v2.6 + Sora-2 render in the background. Video/avatar processing runs on webhooks (59-minute timeout for videos, 3-minute for avatars). 5. Download or reshare — Videos are stored permanently on R2. Retry any completed job for free.

Credit costs

• Video generation: 1 credit
• AI avatar generation: 0.2 credits
• Credits refund automatically on failure or timeout.

Users can configure prompt overrides, model selection (Kling vs Sora vs custom), and orientation in Settings.
